Bedridden patients and senior citizens staying alone or with equally aged spouses are a cohort that are especially disadvantaged in access to healthcare.
Akshayvat is our home based care program designed specifically for these people. This service which is first of its kind in Amravati, was informally present in our system since long. It was formally named and launched in 2021 and has served more than 100 patients.
